Customers can purchase tickets online, receive digital passes instantly and check in quickly using QR codes or RFID technology.
Annual Family Pass System

Westminster School Spirit of ANZAC Charity Walk Tracking System
We designed and developed a custom RFID-based participation tracking and live event display platform for Westminster School's Spirit of ANZAC Charity Walk, supporting a large-scale fundraising event involving students, staff and families.
The solution was created to automate participant tracking, increase engagement and provide organisers with real-time event visibility throughout the day.
Seamless Participant Tracking
More than 1,400 custom RFID tags were designed and produced specifically for the event.
Participants simply walk past a checkpoint as laps are automatically recorded and synchronised with the event database in real time.
Custom 3D-Printed Event Tags
A key component of the project was the design and production of more than 1,400 custom RFID-enabled participant tags.
Personalised tags created a memorable keepsake for participants while supporting accurate event tracking.
Live House Competition
A live event dashboard displayed House rankings, event progress and participation statistics throughout the day.
Real-time updates encouraged engagement and created a highly visible competitive element for participants and spectators.
Event Administration
